Payment: 

Payment in full is due upon ordering. 

 

Shipping Policy:
I ship on a case by case basis. If you require amp shipping please reach out to me prior to purchase so that we can work out the details. 
I am also willing to personally deliver the amp if you live within a few hours drive from Tacoma. Send me an email before purchase, let's talk.

 
Current lead time: 

As of July 7th, 2024, the current lead time for amps is 6 weeks. This can change by the minute. If you are concerned about wait time, please email me before ordering.

 

Returns/Cancellations:

All sales are final.  

If you need to cancel your order, I can refund the total cost of the amp, less a $200 consultation fee, within the first 72 hours of purchase. If the cancellation request is after 72 hours, I will refund 50% of the total cost, since by that point I will have placed parts orders or begun customization of your amp.They are all custom made to order and are expensive for me to make, so the 50% restocking fee covers some of my loss.

 

Repairs/Warranty(non-transferable)

I stand by my work. If there is a fault in my craftsmanship I will repair the amp for free. The customer pays shipping to me, and I'll take care of the rest. Repairs that are due to tube failure, spilled beer, road trauma, etc., I am happy to repair for $50/hr + parts and shipping fees.
